The park's lower section features steep limestone outcroppings and boulders along the shoreline, while the upper elevations are covered in thick juniper and oak woodlands. Primitive trails with steep inclines lead down to the water's edge, offering close-up views of diverse Hill Country flora. It is an excellent spot to swim, sunbathe, or watch the sunset.
